I am very active, as I am in the military, so I go the the gym everyday, cardio everyday. But it seems the last of the weight is not coming off. What else can I try?

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com

It gets harder and harder. Have you changed your diet? Have you done any fasts or cleansing diets? HOW MUCH cardio are you doing? Do you take a multivitamin, eat enough protein, calcium and drink at least 10 glasses of water daily? Do you have snack attacks? Are you still nursing? My baby is six months old too and I've NEVER held on to extra weight like I am now. This is my 2nd baby and 2nd c-section and I'm over 35. I work out hard but it is a slow go. Best wishes to you. Try this site, I love it and find the "Inches Lost Tracker" particularly motivating but I DON'T use any pills...

Just keep doing what you've been doing.

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
