A liter is closely equivalent to a quart, which is 4 cups. I cup = 8 oz which is 250 ml. So 1 liter (1000 ml) = 8 oz x 4 or 32 oz.

LITTER? When a female cat gives birth it can be called a 'litter'. Measure Volumes is a 'liter' ...1 liter is 1.0567 quarts. Now since there are 32 ounces in a quart......you can figure that out!
