I also have green eyes, I use a light purple and green eye shadow combo and my eyes really do pop out!! I use the purple right above my eye, then the green just above that in the crease. I got the combo right at Wal*Mart. I guess it all depends on how light/dark your eyes are. I would suggest trying different styles and find which ever works best for you. No one's the same. As for your hair, it's all in the style. Play with your hair! It's the only way you'll really learn what looks good on you! Best of luck!!

make up green eyes use a darker color or a verry light color eye shadow stay away and a black below eye eyeline above makes it look to dark and thats not what your goign for and while applying eyeline make a slight tail out of the corner of your eye just slight enough to giv eit a flattering shape

I have the same and use MAC eye pencil in bontiful brown (which is a light pretty brown) on my top lid, black mascara, and MAC lipgloss in C-thru...my eyes really stand out!

well make up wise. try a gold eyeshadow.
just put a thin bit rite about the eye.
for hair i use volumizing shampoo it really makes my face and hair stand out.
