I'm not exactly sure what you're asking. I get the feeling that you are being sarcastic.
I think you're commenting on society and how we put a premium on the spiritual world while trashing the physical one. If that is the case, then I agree. I see the physical and metaphysical as two halves of the same whole. I think it is foolish to think they are separate and we should be careful to treat all things with respect, not just spiritual abstractions.

I do not understand what junking people has to do with buying a car and a house. We should NEVER junk people, though at times we may not like what they do and need to put some distance between them. People are not junk.
As to a house and a car...pretty much whether we buy, rent, or borrow, that is for our security, health and being able to get to the places we need to go. Not everyone HAS to buy one, nor can just have these things provided to us.

house is an investment, you buy it cheap in a bad neiberhood. Fix the house and the neiberhood, then sell it and make money. I don't know what "New Age" you have been reading.

go green and use public transportation, buy house only if you are financially able and have great credit credit score and as far as etc... flowers are always nice to acquire and place in the house...
