yes, she can.
usually its up to both partners - if one ot them is not comfortable with it its not worth it.
you have to be prepared to see some blood and dont forget to put dark towel underneath you.

Yes a girl can have sex with her period nothing bad will happen i've done it more times than i can count.

I guess it IS POSSIBLE to have sex during but personally I WOULD NEVER do it. . . I just find it gross : /
