If God cannot make square circles, why should we believe he can turn a staff to a serpent ? Isn't this logically impossible also? What is the difference?

One should also point out that the Pharaoh's magicians could do the same trick.

His Omnipotence means power to do all that is intrinsically possible, not to do the intrinsically impossible. You may attribute miracles to Him, but not nonsense. This is no limit to His power. If you choose to say 'God can give a creature free will and at the same time withhold free will from it,' you have not succeeded in saying anything about God: meaningless combinations of words do not suddenly acquire meaning simply because we prefix to them the two other words 'God can.'... It is no more possible for God than for the weakest of His creatures to carry out both of two mutually exclusive alternatives; not because His power meets an obstacle, but because nonsense remains nonsense even when we talk it about God.

Is turning "X" into "Y" logically impossible? I do not see how logic fails in asserting that. It may not be physically possible, but that does not make it logically impossible.

Squaring a circle can only be done by modifying it to the point that its definition changes. That can't be done. Creating somthing from something else, or for that matter, from nothing at all, involves no shifting of definitions. THAT can be accomplished.

If logical impossibility is a problem for you, why do you believe in Evolution, when Statistics say it cain't happen that way?

God could change the square into a circle but one cannot be both at the same time. Just like God can't be honest and a liar at the same time cause they're contradicting.

in specific situations i'm so surprised on the solutions at here, i won't be able to even carry myself to study each of ways by way of. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that I certainly have on no account been an atheists, I certainly have a quite good head for good judgment. I also have a quite good techniques for scriptures that make proper experience, like those under. only in those couple paragraphs, people can reason, in the event that they are as much because it. :O Jesus foretold that pretend prophets could corrupt his teachings and that maximum folk could be misled. (Matt. 24:eleven) The apostle Peter warned Christians: “there additionally would be fake instructors between you.” (2 puppy. 2:a million) The apostle Paul stated “a volume of time whilst [people could] no longer positioned up with the wholesome coaching, yet, in accord with their very very own desires, they [could] assemble instructors for themselves to have their ears tickled.” (2 Tim. 4:3, 4) devil is in touch in deceptive people and has used apostate Christianity to imprecise the heartwarming fact approximately God’s objective for guy and the earth.—study 2 Corinthians 4:3, 4. The Scriptures clarify that the dominion of God is a central authority in heaven which will crush and positioned an end to all guy-made rulerships. (Dan. 2:40 4) in the process Christ’s rule of 1000 years, devil would be restrained to an abyss, the ineffective would be resurrected, and mankind would be bigger to perfection in the international. (Rev. 20:a million-3, 6, 12; 21:a million-4) in spite of the undeniable fact that, apostate non secular leaders of Christendom have embraced different suggestions. working example, 0.33-century Church Father Origen of Alexandria condemned believers in the earthly advantages of the Millennium. Catholic theologian Augustine of Hippo (354-430 C.E.) “held to the conviction that there will be no millennium,” says The Catholic Encyclopedia.*

The activities of the Lord are always inconceivable to the tiny brain of the living entities. Nothing is impossible for the Supreme Lord, but all His actions are wonderful for us, and thus He is always beyond the range of our conceivable limits.
God's energy is beyond our conception, beyond our thinking jurisdiction, and is therefore called inconceivable (acintya). Who can argue this point? He pervades this material world and yet is beyond it. We cannot comprehend even this material world, which is insignificant compared to the spiritual world—so how can we comprehend what is beyond? Acintya means that which is beyond this material world, that which our argument, logic and philosophical speculation cannot touch, that which is inconceivable. Therefore intelligent persons, avoiding useless argument and speculation, should accept what is stated in scriptures like the Vedas, Bhagavad-gitä and Srimad-Bhägavatam and follow the principles they set down. This will lead one to understanding.
