1:1 -Genesis

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

22:21 -

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

these are the beginning words and the last words, but
Jesus Christ is the Beginning and the End of all things, including the Bible. He is the word of God.

Re 1:8 -

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

The last words:
He that bears witness of these things says, 'Yes; I am coming quickly.' "Amen ! Come , Lord Jesus."
May the undeserved kindness of the Lord Jesus Christ be with the holy ones.
The first words:
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

You are getting different answers because some versions have different words. Some end with 'The End' . I think that was added though. John the Revlator didn't have any idea that his book would be a part of a 66 book tome. At least I think that he didn't.
