I vote 'Yes'. Even the fruit off of the trees had their navel's when they were plucked for eating. Adam & Eve logically did too. It would look unnatural without them.
By the way, for all of those who poke fun and deny that there was an Adam & Eve, do you also deny that all people came from a single pair?

They aren't real... therefore they didn't exist and could not have had belly buttons at all.
