C'mon man, game over.

I should mention, Landis was on Real Sports (HBO) several months ago. If you look at his performance and his dramatic turnaround it's obvious he juiced.

I don't know man, this deal looks fishier and fishier. Why didn't they let Landis's team watch the re-test, after they had agreed to do so?

Guilty or innocent. I don't know. But, a couple of observations:

1) the TdF win was no sudden fluke. Floyd had been a top tier rider for years, and in 2006 he also won the Tour of California, Paris-Nice, and Tour of Georgia. Sure, you could say he was juiced for those also, but don't say the TdF was a fluke surprise.

2) His so-called "miracle stage" actually wasn't that miraculous. Looking at his average speeds, and the wattage that he released last year, it was a good strong ride but nothing out of the ordinary. Mainly the reason he won that stage was because the chasers waited too late to chase him - they gambled and lost.

So, guilty or innocent, in my mind he's doing a pretty good job of creating "reasonable doubt." Unfortunately, he's not getting a fair trial - his judges are the anti-doping executives who have a vested interest in protecting and upholding a guilty finding. Like I said, the whole affair smells funny.

According to Floyd and Company, the A sample tested negative. Has the A sample been re-tested? If subsequent tests on the A sample test negative, then what would the outcome be? I think Floyd's trying to show something is obviously amiss if the two samples test differently, and the first sample was negative. It's not impossible to believe there is a conspiracy here, however for most of us the true answer will forever be unknown.

When the French government honestly says they don't care that a Frenchman hasn't won their native bike race in over 20 years and stops finding "loopholes" to nail good riders.

Ah, you of zero biological knowledge. How can you explain the disappearance of such a huge amount of hormone in under 24 hours? The next day's test show Landis as completely clean, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to alter a person's hormone levels to that extent in such a short amount of time.

Since reality dictates Landis could not have "flushed out" all that excess testosterone in time for the next day's test, the only logical conclusion is tampering by the French lab, under the direction of the French government, with a blind eye turned by Dick Pound and his anti-American WADA agenda.

How about you quit whining about how "perfect" the system is and start getting your facts straight.

I think he'll never admit it. Could be he's right, the TDF officials made a mess of the sampling proceedure, according to him.
Who's telling the truth? With all the drug cases popping up, who is truly clean? What a mess!

At this point I don't think he is trying to prove that he is innocent and didn't take any thing , he is trying to prove that the system was unfair and that the tests were performed improperly and should therefore be thrown out. (still saying he didn't...but still)

I think he genuinely believes he is innocent. I don't know how the testosterone got into his body, but to me the answer is pretty simple. It is not the intent, but the presence that matters. If you are slipped a performance enhancer in a drink or food, it doesn't matter. the presence of it being in your blood is what matters.

they don't have the "chain of custody" set up as well as they do in the US
