I would like to know what other countries are aiding in the prevention of Global Warming along with us, because we sure can't take care of the entire globes atmosphere here in the U.S.

China is doing NOTHING to slow their growth in emissions because the Kyoto protocol does not require them to do so. France is building nuclear power plants and now get over 75% of their electricity from nuclear, but they have already announced that they will be unable to meet the Kyoto targets and so will have to bay billions in penalties. No country that has ratified Kyoto is going to meet their targets. It is not possible to do so without plunging their countries into poverty by cutting off all use of coal, oil and natural gas.

Actually Australia produces more carbon per person than the US. This is primarily because they use more coal, which has a much higher carbon content than oil. Also, the per person emission rate is directly related to income, so rich countries emit more carbon. China is catching up with the US because they are getting richer.

Actually the rest of the world is doing far more than the US. The Kyoto accord is an agreement to reduce greenhouse gases among developing nations. The US is the only one that didn't ratify it.
The ironic part is, per capita, Americans produce the highest amount of CO2. You produce the same amount of CO2 as China, except China has 3 times more people! I guess not using oil doesn't fit into Texan oil spokesman G.W. Bush's ultimate plan for world domination...

No, the US is not trying to solve it much at all, as a country. The big nations that aren't doing enough are the US and China (tied for first place), India, and Australia. Most of the rest of the world is trying much harder.

I think Al Gore, Sheryl Crow an Leonardo DiCaprio asked Bigfoot for help in solving the crisis, but there's a problem with the translator.
