i usually sweat cause of very warm weather here in the Philippines these days, does it help me lose weight? even just a tiny bit? :D

it will make you lose weight but it's not the best solution.

When you sweat, you are losing water and 'salts'. The loss of water will reduce weight by a very small amount but eventually you have to replace that water or you will get dehydrated.

Just your water.
In order to lose fat you need to burn the excess energy that is stored within the fat cells. This happens when you do cardio exercise like walking and such.

sweating helps you loose water weight and is very temporary.

No...sweat loss is water, you end up drinking it back (and should). Fat loss is actual weightloss. Sweating doesn't = losing fat.
