My dad had both his knees replaced due to Osteoarthritis, now his ankles are in pain, can they be replaced?

Good Question, as such I do not think their is a ankle replacement joint but they can so something. I saw something on U Tube and was stunned, some drummer had ankle surgery, it was excellent.

She went each and every week for an injection, and is anguish loose. It is meant to final for 6 months. I have no idea if it might aid your dad or now not.
