Hoo boy. The cat's out of the bag now - just as you suspected, we get together and eat babies. One for each year we've been alive.
Later: Oh, that birthday party thing sounds fun too. Maybe next year I'll try it. Presents, huh? And dancing naked with Red Queen?

Pretty much the status quo. I get together with a dozen or so friends, we usually have a potluck and cake and ice cream and we socialize all night or sometimes we may go out to a restaurant followed by a trip to a cigar lounge.

You mean birthday? As far as I know there's nothing religious in the observance of birthdays, but as Glitterkitty said (hi Glitterkitty!) we all do different things.
Personally I try to ignore mine - I see nothing special about it, all marking of time is arbitrary.

Probably the same thing most people do, as long as it doesn't involve god.
Personally, I usually have a nice dinner.

Mostly ignore it. My wife usually gets me something, but I frankly couldn't care less.

I am not allowed to ignore it! It's others that seem to think it's important!
