It's interesting that the things we dislike most about others are often the things we need to work on in ourselves.

I used to think I didn't have to deal with the issues I had a problem with in others. Then I realized they were precisely the issues I had to deal with (in really subtle ways that I didn't see because it's the essence of a person's unconscious negative stuff that they are unconscious of it...)

Arrogance. This is NOT something that I struggle with personally...I have a difficult time dealing with it in others.

We all have negetive characteristics,however,that usually are manifest due to underlying negative emotions from wrong thinking.

Change your thinking..then
Your emotions will change...
Your characteristic behavior will change

I can't stand people who act like they are "better" because of what they choose to subscribe to. It'll be cool if everyone could be different in peace, but some people have to prostelyze and put people down who don't follow their brand of delusion.

That is a double edged sword isn't it.
I have problems accepting others who do not accept others, does that make sense?

I agree with you and it worries me because what I hate in others is self-righteousness, the better-than-thou approach.
