does any one have all warning lites coming on in a 2000 dodge durrango?

i have replaced the battery and water pump

Not a Durango, but a Stratus. Turn on and off the key 3 times, and the fourth time on the lights will flash on and off one at a time, then all the gages with hands will sweep from low to high. This is a test for all the warning lights and gages.

No, I drive a gm and have no problems.
