and despite that God is said to be allpowerfull but cannot defeat or intervfer with Satan in his chosen path. And if those who do as God pleases go to heaven and enjoy eternal life, how come that those who help Satan to give God a run for his money are said to awaited by eternal suffering? How can Satan thank his followers by burning them in hell? That doesn’t make sense, or is it?

Not quite sure I follow...

I believe you are starting off on the wrong foot, unless you are arguing from a point of ignorance?

God is all-powerful (omnipotent) and he can and will defeat Satan. Satan can only do what he does by the allowance of God. (See Book of Job). There will come a day in the future, though only God knows when, when Satan will be defeated and cast into the lake of fire (See Book of Revelation).

Satan does not have the power nor ability to 'thank his followers' by either having them burn in Hell nor giving them eternal rewards. Satan's followers are those he has perverted away from the true path of God. It's not that Satan is trying to get people to help him overthrow God, Satan know's that it is not possible, rather Satan is just trying to drag down as many people as he can before he goes down himself.

Satan is an over inflated punk who has been judged by God ... Forever. He wants to make man think his existence is some great reason locked away in mystery..or that he doesn't exist at all. Once judged by God that's it..it's over...grace and mercy ..which are at the feet of Jesus Christ of Nazareth...is the only way to salvation. The Bible says that Satan is the Father of Lies. So do you think he will be nice to his followers? The Bible says that Satan is darkness and has no light in him at all. Do you really think he cares for any Human. He fell because he rebelled against God. He is jealous of man. God has exalted our existence above the angels. This is why we exist at all. The Devil seeks to deceive all those who think they know. What they don't really know is Grace and Mercy is Salvation. We are not Judged yet. So accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and trust him to do a good work in you until the day of his return.

When did Satan ever make sense to begin with ? Satan
KNOWS that he LOST THE WAR AT THE CROSS , when
Jesus rose from death and in so defeating him . But as like
all wars not everyone has heard the message yet that the
war is over !!! . So the battle still rages on and , Satan being
himself a sore LOSER wants to take down as many with him
as he can . Because one reason being misery want company.
Also God is still saving lives everyday from eternal doom by
sactification towards Holiness so that one day we may enjoy
all thing in heaven that He has made for us . It is your choice
by God Grace . He didn't make us into robots . But that we
should have true friendship with one another.

If war is a competition, and a ant is trying to over come your shoe when you step on it, how much of a battle/competition is that?
It's not satan so much competing with God, as it is satan convincing humans of what God is not. The competition is between satan and our faith.
Remember it was Satan who deceived 1/3 of the angels who were already in heaven at the throne at the feet of God. How much stronger is your heart and mind (faith) in the unseen God, that the of Angels who saw and were in His presence continually. That is why we are tested daily...

Just like many people in the world & on this site, Satan wanted & maybe even believed that he was better than God- so I dont know about competition...... On the other hand, Satan does have to come to God & ask Him for permission to do all that He does.....Read the book of Job in the Bible, clearly we can see that God responded to Satan and SPECIFICALLY told Satan what He could & could not do to Job.... God doesn't change, Hes the same yesterday, today & forever...

Think about it, if God is omniscent, then Satan is in fact a part of God, much like we ourself are dualistic. There is a darker side to us, and the Absolute is in balance, Chaos and Order. Christianity is Order, an organized structure, Satan represents the chaotic, dis-order.

Disorder preceds Order and Order preceds disorder. It is cyclic in nature and keeps us (and perhaps God) evolving and advancing. Is it not the periods of disorder that forces us build a stronger order in our own lives? Satan is not such a bad guy, unless it jeapordizes your structure.

As for heaven and hell, its all a state of mind which one may view it as either or.

The answer to your question is yes, Satan is in competition with God even though the devil is defeated, he still attacks us 24/7. The devil is a poorsportsman (Which is evil and brings about his purpose.) The devil was defeated the moment Jesus Christ became the way to our salvation. Our salvation is available to us but it takes us admitting that Christ is our Saviour. And then we follow it up by maintaining and sustaining a relationship with God through Christ. Don't confuse religion with relationship because it is about an individual realtionship with God in living out His purpose for you along with your obedience.

Satan "rewards" his followers by burning them in hell for all eternity. Remember, the devil is a liar. (More evil behaviour.) The devil comes to kill, steal, and destroy you because you CAN have a relationship with God and he can't; so he is jealous of you (there's a pattern of evil here.) and that is what motivates him to keep you.

This does make sense because the devil will say or do anything to keep you in the firey pits of hell. He'll play images out in your head to keep you under his foot. He'll remind you of your past sins and why you cannot be loved by God. He'll promise you anything that appeals to you to keep you in those pits of hell.

Thankfully, our God is a just and mighty God, so he gives us the option of freewill to accept Christ as our one true Saviour. He also gives us authority to keep the devil under your foot. So the choice is yours... In the end you always pick either Salvation or Damnation. It is up to you. If you are not saved yet, call your local church and ask to pray the sinners prayer for salvation. Be blessed my friend!

Satan is already defeated and he knows it- He was defeated at the moment of Jesus' death and resurrection. It is not that God cannot interfere with Satan, it is not time for Satan and evil to be completely eliminated. Since Satan knows his future- he will do anything to keep people from coming to Christ, and he will do anything to keep those of us who know Christ from being effective in our walk and life. But- GREATER IS HE THAT IS IN ME THAN HE THAT IS IN THE WORLD.

The devil will be completely destroyed by fire.
"And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:10. "I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. ... And never shall thou be any more." Ezekiel 28:18, 19.

Answer: Absolutely not! The devil will be cast into the fire, and it will turn him into ashes.

"Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels." Matthew 25:41. "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:15. "For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be." "The enemies of the Lord ... shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away." Psalms 37:10, 20.
Destroying sin, sinners, and Satan is the only way to make the universe safe for eternity.

Answer: God's purpose is that hell will destroy the devil and all sin and sinners and make the world safe for eternity. One sinner, if left on this planet, would be a deadly virus forever threatening the universe. It is God's plan to isolate sin and blot it out of existence for all time.

Eternal Hell Would Perpetuate Sin
An eternal hell of torment would perpetuate sin and make its eradication impossible. An eternal hell of torment is not part of God's great plan at all. Such a horrible theory is slander against the holy name of a loving God. The devil delights to see our loving Creator pictured as such a monstrous tyrant, and he alone can benefit from such teachings.

Eternal Hell a Man-made Theory
The "eternal hell of torment" theory originated not from the Bible, but from misguided people who were (perhaps inadvertently) led of the devil. And, incidentally, no one will be in heaven because he feared hell. People are saved because they love and obey Christ.

Are you serious? Does anyone believe ANY of this crap, now or ever? Look-it has always been a 'code'. No one ever seriously thought this kind of thing was going on-they only 'say' they do. Get it? (Its a social game)
Like going to a church to date women who are pretending to be 'virtuous' so as to get married. Nobody ever believed that malarkey about 'heaven and hell', after they grew up. Scaring teens and kids is easier than asking them to grow up and be responsible, uh....As far as priests go, well.. what's in it for them? Pastors get all the widows and crazy broads, at least. Jimmy Swaggart got laid quite a bit.
Wise up, PizzaFace.
