If this is true, how much should i take per day or per week or what? And should I take it with something or just drink it from the bottle?

Not that I am aware of. However cook with Olive Oil and use it as a salad dressing if not spread on bread instead of butter will be a healthy option.

I have no idea if that is true. I do know that there are a lot of eldery Greek women including all the women on both sides of my family that have very few wrinkles and seem to age at glacial speed . Whether or not it's a positive genetic mutation caused by eating olive oil for 3000 years or simply the oil itself I cannot say for sure.

You can live a life of dieting and careful food selection and supplements and consumption of oils, etc. but honestly they are not going to help. And you can spend a lot of money on commercial products with their many dubious claims but after many years of research I found this to be the quickest, low cost, and most effective treatment.
Discovered that it not only permanently rid my skin of many problems but gave me a flawless, blemish free healthy skin and that it was very successful in eliminating or vastly reducing premature wrinkles and preventing others from appearing. Also tightens and rejuvenates skin and noticably lessens other signs of aging.
Voted BEST ANSWER (go to my profile) Person says it is working for her after 4 days. Use a natural or organic oil - coconut , vitamin E, or light olive oil, are excellent and regularly massage with a quite strong, vigorous motion (at night as makes face flushed) It's the key to it working! Skin clinics might tell you to massage gently - they are wrong as it's proven to be only beneficial. Stimulates & hastens a new skin to emerge with wrinkles noticably reduced - see results in about one to two weeks, even better overtime. Initially, skin has to adjust & if soreness, or reactions happen - stop & resume when you can. Find the pace that works for you - it's different for every person. Keep up a massage routine(not as vigorous) after that & and you will see continued improvements. Totally and permanently rid my skin of all of my skin problems and I've had a rejuvenated, really healthy, blemish free skin for many years. I am often thought to be 10 to 15 years younger
Try it, you will be happy that you did. If apply to entire face (and do not forget neck) you will not need to use any other products or treatments ever again. Skin will naturally moisterize. Only unhealthy skins need constant moisturizing and OTC products (Many have countless harsh, chemical ingredients that harm skin and are cause of many skin disorders and skin aging.) Do a search online "Harmful cosmetics ingredients " You will see confirmation of that.

No. It is a food and should be used whenever insted of other oils for health reason.. Moisterize your face day and night and stay out of the sun. Wrinkles will come with age regardless and none of can escape them.

Never heard that before. Check your resources, cuz I think its probably a farce. The only thing that could possibly be good for orally is a good bowel movement.
