i really have a big buttocks and hips, and i really hate that. my *** and hips are the only big parts in my body. i don't have a chubby face, i don't have that much big tummy. only my hips and buttocks are the bigger parts in my body. and it's really hard for me to buy pants because of my big hips and buttocks, and when i go out wearing pants, i really feel uncomfortable.

Well first off, that might be your shape. If your shape is pear and your hips and butt are naturally bigger there is nothing you can do about that.

If you actually carry your excess weight down there, there are a lot of exercises you can do.

*for a warm up, lift your knees up as high as you can to your chest as if you are marching in place (very exaggerated)--you can go faster or slower but try to do 100 of those.

*Squats and lunges are great for the thighs and butt.

*Leg lifts work the outer thigh. (lift from a 45 degree angle to the front near the floor all the way up high to a 45 degree angle to the back near the floor--for the best workout bring the leg as low as possible but never let it rest on the ground). If you go to a gym, do the abductor/adductor machine. often one machine that you rotate from trying to squeeze your legs together to trying to push your legs open.

*biking, eliptical, stair stepper are great cardio and really work the legs
