It would be much simpler to use something like Audacity to capture the mic input. Then save the resultant project as a .wav file and burn that to CD. If you want something that will burn your voice to CD on the fly then I cannot think of one and you'd have to get it right first time or throw away a lot of CDs.

I guess what you're trying to do is record your voice onto your laptop and burn it onto CD?
If you go to Start > Search > type in "record"
You should see Recorder or Sound Recorder as one of your options, and with that you can record from a Microphone onto your desktop (or designated location). It should save as a .wav or .mp3. It comes with every basic PC, along with Windows Movie Maker.
I actually used this to create an intro for my friends rap performance in the Highschool talent show 4 years ago. The sound quality is very good with adjustable settings. How your recording area is set up will affect the quality.

yes you can use the sound recorder that comes with windows, look in Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder. After recording use your cd burning software to copy the file to a cd.
Of course you have to have a cd burner on your laptop. If not free software won't help.

Simple. All you need to do is recored what sounds you want to put onto the CD. Save them on your PC, which will usually be .wav files. Then, just download a .wav converter and convert the .wav files to mp3. then you can burn them onto a cd with Media player or any other burner software.

Click start, all programs, accessories, entertainment, sound recorder, say what you want with the mic, and then click file save as, then with your CD burning program locate the file and burn it to the CD.
