Which STD? Antibiotics are used for gonnorhea and syphillis. Acyclovir and anti-virals for herpes.

Medicines are required to be given in correct doses, for a specified period depending on clinical symptoms. In view of this reliablility on common medicines is misnomer. Please see a doctor preferably a skin specialist.

Better to visit a doctor.He can investigate and cure the disease if it is curable like Gonorrhoea or Syphillis. If it is HIV etc he can prevent you from spreading it to others.
