I'm sure the men won't complain about this (normal ones anyway) but I do want to state something first. My ex husband was, well, not very religiously educated and most people said I trumped him when it came to knowledge. Apparently, and please folks from Pakistan correct me if I'm wrong so I can learn, a woman is to be completely quiet and shy in the bedroom, almost like being raped or afraid of him. This is why I state this and am clearing the air, and hopefully educating some.

The links are self explanatory. It's not for children, so please, be cautious.

What, you think muslims don't have military family members? I have another converted cousin, one of two Daniels in the family, who is in Iraq right now! His wife is dealing nicely. Then again, she lives with his mother and things are taken care of by his father, so she is still using her rights.

I've read these articles a couple of months ago. Anyway, what I find absolutely hillarious is belief among MANY Muslims that oral sex is the act of devil. I mean, get real! Anything, but anal sex is allowed in Islam - read with me slowly guys A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G! I suppose my language will be a shock to some people reading this, because we're ''not supposed to talk about *IT*'' ~rolling eyes~

Did you know, sis, that women who were contemporaries of Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) openly asked him questions regarding sexual intercourse? In that context they were so much more open-minded than we are today.

You know what? I'll go and blog about Islamic stance on sexual education. I pity girls who are taught to be logs and nothing more.

It doesn't take the Koran or any other 'guide' to have sex in a right, respectful way; it's just a matter of CONSCIENCE, and every human being has one, so, all you need to do is just follow it;)...Besides, I see no reason why a woman should be 'completely shy and quiet' in bed!!! MAKING LOVE is the most natural thing in the world, it's not a dirty thing, so a woman should let herself go completely with her man, overcoming any inhibition and fully enjoying that experience which, I believe it is in facts the communion of two bodies, souls, hearts and minds. You see, my friend, it takes TWO to have sex, not just one;) sooooooo a 'quiet, shy, inhibited, static woman' would be way tooooooooooooooooooooooo boring for ANY man;) You learn to do your part with your man, and you'll see what a new dimension will disclose before your senses;)

It amuses me, that you "liberated muslimas" claim you have all these rights...yet, there is always a 'BUT' or a '*parenthesis* Men are equal, but superior in strength, responsibliity, skill...blah blah blah"

I'm picking up like 90% of the slack in my home right now. I work at nights 4 days a week, and I care for the kids, I do the lawns, all the domestic stuff and handle all the errands of living day to day because my husband is deployed. So, in Islam...what would be proper? For my poor husband to be bothered with these trivial affairs back home that I can handle with ease as a grown woman when he needs to be concerned with being safe and keeping his platoon safe?

As far as the sex goes, yours is a sad prudish religion that extends it's ugly tentacles in even the most private affairs of two consenting humans. You are brainwashed and are standing up for it. Do you know how sick that is? Then, you try and prostelyze to us about how liberated you are, like we are all blind. Even if I was blind, this still wouldn't clear the radar.

I get as freaky as I want to with my husband. He wouldn't expect anything less from his little tawdry, kaffir infidel wife. He actually looks foward to coming home. We beat eachother up in "good" ways, not the 4:34 ways.

In America women have the right to say no, even to a husband.

No means no, not maybe.

Sex in America is not a right, it's a privillage. Like driving a car and you have to follow the rules or you get your privillages revoked.

Well ok if your raped you scream. You don't keep your mouth shut. That's dumb. And I don't know about the women being forced to keep their mouths shut in the bedroom. I'm also Muslim and my husband could really care less if I open my mouth or not.

Our sexuality is a gift of God and to be shared in the married state as we would share any other gift, it is never right to withhold our sexuality from our spouse for reasons of getting our own back on them, equally it is never right for the spouse to demand this either, both partners honor each other with their giving of this gift to one another, anything outside of this is dysfunctional and selfish.

Interesting. Sort of a Kinsey for the Koran. What you're saying, I assume, is that Muslim men either can't or don't know how to satisfy their women. Or you're hoping your husband reads this. What do you expect from a culture that forces their women to stay hidden from view. Good luck with that.
