I am assuming that you mean "lice" and the other word might be "dandruff"...??

If you use a medicated shampoo, you can deter and prevent further activity with these breedings. It is important that you never share hats, headphones, combs or brushes with anyone. This is the easiest way to contract lice or dandruff.

Shampoo on a daily basis, check in the mirror regularly. If your scalp is clear, you can shampoo as often as needed...perhaps every other day.

You can try a shampoo with tea tree oil in it. I have heard that lice do not like this and may not lay eggs in a head - of tea tree oiled freshly clean hair.

Try another shampoo. We are all different. What's right for me could not be right for you. You just have to try it yourself.
