No, my brother-in-law is in jail. Congratulations to you though! I hope you keep your relationship at a "brother" type level. Some guys are up to no good, and try to get "close" to you, for a reason. I know there are "pure" relationships, just keep your eyes open!!! I have a lot of guy friends who are just friends, so yes, this is possible and I'm happy for you! We can never have too many friends!!!

Yes, I feel that way about my brother in law too. He's a wonderful friend and brother. I don't think of him anymore than that. He's so easy to talk to and has many funny stories to tell. He's also a very huggy type of person. Does it with everybody. LOL. It took me a little bit to get used to it, but now, it doesn't bother me. It's nice to have a great relationship with your brother in law. Makes the family gatherings easier to attend.

i have a really good relationship with my bro in law. he's like a brother, my great protector. we have the same tastes and warped sense of humor.i've known him since i was 7. my sister died 2 yr ago but we are still close. he moved out of state to start a new life but he calls to tell me about his dates and what he's doing all the time. he's actually more of a brother than my real ones.

No. I have not have been given any thought what the different posters are thinking. Your brother's spouse is your sister-in-regulation, yet her kin isn't any relation to you. Her mothers and dads could be his mom- and companion's father and her brother could be his brother-in-regulation.

wow! you are very very lucky. two of my friends have brother-in-laws but they do not have a very good relation with them. they are jealous and compare always between husband and brother-in-law, their educations, their incomes.... everything. its easy to have negative feelings in such relation than to have positive one. i hope you two have a happy relation throughout your life time. both of u must be very mature. i m very happy to read this. may god fill lives of you both with all happiness.

I feel the same with a sister-in-law. I believe if I met her before marring her sister, we would have gotten married

I used to be very close to my borther in law. But then he went nuts and told everyone inclusing my husband that he was "in love" with me. So now we stay far, far away from him.

Yes my sister it is there but it should be holy and good relationship. One more thing it should not create suspect in your husband's mind, be careful and be open to your husband and give his part of love to him without any faliure. ok bye.
