Very sweet, interactive toddler with parents, siblings, but does not play much with others,likes to listen to music, intelligent, can respond to others commands, but concerned about all of this

Im a early childhood educator/carer. The first thing that came to mind was hearing. She may have glue ear which is very common at that age.

Secondly, the possibility of autism.

I suggest you take her to a Peadiatrician.

You have had her hearing checked? Sounds like that isn't a problem. I would be thinking Autism at this point. See a specialist. Early intervention can have amazing results. I'm a nurse.

Definitely you will want to get the child assessed ASAP for autism spectrum disorders.

My nephew was like this until he reached about 5, he was tested for autism and he was diagnosed with it, have your child tested.

Sounds like symptoms of autism to me, which means, you should get her checked. (I've heard autistic people live in their own world)
