God is the Creator of this world who is all powerful, all truth, all loving, ever present and who gave His only begotten son to die for our sins because He loves us.

The question "Who is God?" is a good question. It is better than asking "What is God?" This is because God exists, created us, loves us, is concerned for our being, desires to provide for us, and sent the Son to redeem us. If we were to ask "What is God?" we might be tempted to say that God is the infinite being, the creator, a presence, or something like that. In some respect, this would be true. But the first question brings us closer to understanding more of who God really is in His character and His love for us as revealed in the Bible.
The Bible teaches us that in all existence, from all eternity, there has been and always will be only one God. God was never created, is completely loving, completely just, completely holy, completely merciful, and that He desires the best for us. God is holy and He can have nothing to do with sin as the Bible says, "His eyes are too pure to look upon evil," (Hab. 1:13). This does not mean that God cannot see what someone does that is wrong. It is a way of describing how holy God is. God cannot sin. He is perfect.
In Christianity, God is a Trinity. This means that God is three persons, not three gods. Technically, the doctrine of the Trinity states that in the one God is the person of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each is not the same person as the other; yet there are not three gods but one. This is similar in analogy to the nature of time. Time is past, present, and future. The past is not the same as the present, which is not the same as the future. But, there are not three times. There is only one thing called time.
The reason the word "person" is used in describing the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit is because each exhibits attributes of personhood -- not in a body of flesh and bones, but in personality. In other words, each has a will, loves, speaks, is aware of others, communicates with others, etc. These are attributes of personhood and we see the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit each demonstrate these qualities.
Because of the Trinity, God can become flesh in the form of the Son, and still exist in such a way so that He can run the universe. Therefore, the Son can communicate to us on our level.
Following are a couple verses that hint at the Trinity.

Matt. 28:19, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."
2 Cor. 13:14, "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all."
The Bible says there is only one God: "I am the Lord, and there is no other;
Besides Me there is no God," (Isaiah 45:5). Yet, the Bible teaches that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are each called God.
Below is a very brief chart that shows that each of the persons in the Trinity share the same attributes that only God shares. But remember, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit each have wills, and speak, etc. Therefore, we say there are are three persons

yes, there is a God..

No, he doesn't exist. God is a superstition.

There are many religious superstitions with many gods. What they have in common is that they were all thought up by men.
this is horribly wrong.
if there isn't a God, then how are you here? how are we all here? how is the universe here? there was nothing in the beginning-- just a white palette. so how could the "big bang" have occured? MATTER CAN NOT BE CREATED OR DESTROYED!! of course, God can create and destroy matter, because he is all powerful. just believe in God, for whoever denys God on earth will be denied in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Whether God popped out of thin air, or came from the Primordial Oooze, is irrelevant.
God is the I AM! The fist thought or realization that God even existed. God is like the whole 1st
dimension of reality, that sent power out and created, (gave birth), to the other dimensions and realities. And everything "we know" comes from God.

God is undefinable. But one thing He is is the Creator. Most humans believe in God in some form or another. Most scientists today believe in God because their research tells them that there has to be a God. Think about it, it would be pretty hard to get here from nothing, wouldn't it? Some Atheists say there is no God and that we evolved from apes, but science has proven that one another life form evolves from another, the life form being evolved from ceases to exist. Obviously this can't be true because apes and monkeys are everywhere. Many Atheists have not even read the Bible and they assumed there is no God just because they don't want to accept a higher being than them. Famous scientists in history have stated they believe in God. Some of those scientists are Einstein, Darwin, and Stephen Hawking. If that isn't enough, look into fulfilled prophecies. Hundreds of prophecies have come true. And they were written thousands of years ago. The rest will occur sometime in the future. Or look at the 3 Secrets of Fatima. They were written by scholars hundreds of years ago. 2 out of those 3 prophecies have come true. The 1st one was about a vision of hell. The 2nd one predicted a Second World War happening and Russia being one of the main players. Or you can look at miracle healings. Many people have been healed and doctors have no explanation why. Yet, if that is not enough, you can look at our earth. The Earth...its size is perfect. The Earth's size and corresponding gravity holds a thin layer of mostly nitrogen and oxygen gases, only extending about 50 miles above the Earth's surface. If Earth were smaller, an atmosphere would be impossible, like the planet Mercury. If Earth were larger, its atmosphere would contain free hydrogen, like Jupiter. Earth is the only known planet equipped with an atmosphere of the right mixture of gases to sustain plant, animal and human life.

The Earth is located the right distance from the sun. Consider the temperature swings we encounter, roughly -30 degrees to +120 degrees. If the Earth were any further away from the sun, we would all freeze. Any closer and we would burn up. Even a fractional variance in the Earth's position to the sun would make life on Earth impossible. The Earth remains this perfect distance from the sun while it rotates around the sun at a speed of nearly 67,000 mph. It is also rotating on its axis, allowing the entire surface of the Earth to be properly warmed and cooled every day.

And our moon is the perfect size and distance from the Earth for its gravitational pull. The moon creates important ocean tides and movement so ocean waters do not stagnate, and yet our massive oceans are restrained from spilling over across the continents.

Look throughout the major world religions and you'll find that Buddha, Muhammad, Confucius and Moses all identified themselves as teachers or prophets. None of them ever claimed to be equal to God. Surprisingly, Jesus did. That is what sets Jesus apart from all the others. He said God exists and you're looking at him. Though he talked about his Father in heaven, it was not from the position of separation, but of very close union, unique to all humankind. Jesus said that anyone who had seen Him had seen the Father, anyone who believed in him, believed in the Father. And since 90% of historians say Jesus existed and that the Bible was written in his time, it is only wise to assume he really is the Son of God. Over 500 eyewitnesses witnessed his ressurection and that was written in many history books; not just the Bible. It is only wise to believe in God. What I have shown you is true proof.

Athiests who say there is no God, are only, in fact, saying that He exists outside of their own personal realm of experience.
I know there is a God because I do have a personal experience with Him.
"You will find Him, when you seek Him with all your heart" - Prayer - pray, ask that He reveal Himself to you in a way that you will understand - He's not hiding. He wants a relationship with you.
"Be still and KNOW that I am God - again, prayer - sit still for awhile with no distractions - sincerely pray, and ask Him to answer (He may answer in many ways - thoughts that come to you 'out of the blue', through a song, through the bible, through people....)
There is a God and He is good. I know this with all my heart.

Jehovah is the personal name of the only true God. His own self-designation. Jehovah is the Creator and , rightfully, the Sovereign Ruler of the Universe. "Jehovah" is translated from the Hebrew Tet-ra-gram-ma-ton which means "He Causes to Become." These four Hebrew letters are represented in many languages by the letters JHVH or YHWH.
Many Bible translations do not use the personal name of God or they may use it just a few times.

God is the creator of heaven and earth. He does exist, despite the protest of people who don't want to know him.

There is only 1 God, and He created the universe and all that is in it.

You can only get to Him through Jesus Christ, God's only Son who died so we could get to heaven and not face eternal death.

He is very real. All born again Christians know Him because we have a personal relationship with Him.

God is gracious, kind and merciful and He loves every single person.

I love Him as I love no other.

God does exist.but who is he?..for this world could not have come into existance who made this world..the sun the moon..the stars..the sky..something or some"one" made all this..even the inventors of Logic..like aristotle and plato were forced to believe that its logical to think that there must be a higher and a powerful being responsible for making this universe work...for every creation has a creator..now can an ordinary man be a god? NO..was jesus a God..NO..he was a prophet of GOD..God gave him the powers to preform miracles..same as he gave miracles to moses..and mohammed and so many other prophets of his..
Could sun be a god?..something that only comes at day n hides at night?...Moon? comes out at night hides at night..NO..GOd canNOT fade...CAnNOT die n bury or get crusified..and let people treat him badly NO..god would never take such nonsense from anyone..God is powerful and he does noT need us to worship him..if he had made us only for the sake of worship..he has angels who worship him day n night..we need him..n he forgives our sins..do get to him we talk directly to him..not through anyone,he is our GOd Our creator who made us. we have a direct link with him..it is our right.
Secondly ppl who talk about trinity.Trinity came into existance decades after jesus left earth..and no where in bible he claims to be 'GOD"or expects to be worshippes like a GOD..Mark 10:6-9 and John 14:20, 15:1-7, 17:11, 17:18-23, 17:26 There are many verses in the Bible that speak of Jesus and God as being "one".
But does this necessarily mean that Jesus is God? If you read the six selections above then you will see that we cannot take the word "one" so literally. If we do, then we are God, as Jesus said, "...they also may be one in us" and "...they may be one, even as we are one." What the Bible means when it says that Jesus is "one" with God is that he is extremely close to god, "as if" they are one. John 17:18-23 tells how we normal human beings can attain this "oneness" (or "closeness") with God by being "sanctified through the truth." Aside from this, neither the word "trinity" appears anywhere in the Bible nor any explanation of such a thing.
Matthew 18:23-34, Luke 19:11-21, and John 20:26-29 Many of Jesus' disciples referred to Jesus as "Lord". Even Jesus himself said that he is their Lord. But does this mean that he is their God? If you read the three short stories above then you will realize that back in the Biblical time period most servants referred to their masters as "lord". This was a common practice because it showed honor and respect for a person of such high stature.Even today in many countries around the world such as England, "lord" is used in referring to kings, princes, and others who deserve such a lofty title. The disciples and followers of Jesus viewed him as their earthy master and themselves as his servants. He was a man from God who brought them God's message of truth, justice, and peace. Who could be more deserving of the title "lord" than Jesus Christ? Besides, "lord" is defined by Webster in many curious ways.
A few of them are as follows:
1. A man of high rank in a feudal society.
2. A king.
3. A general masculine title of nobility or rank.
4. A man of renowned power.
5. A man who has mastery in a given activity or field.

JESUS DENIED DIVINITY
Mark 10:17-18 and Luke 18:18-19
These verses are most indicative of Jesus' position and real nature. The verse in Mark reads:
"As he [Jesus] was setting out on a journey, a man ran up and knelt before him, and asked him, 'Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?' Jesus said to him, 'Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone''..
If you analyze this verse in truth you will see that Jesus, quite simply, is not God. If he was, why then would he say "No one is good but God alone"? Jesus did not want to be called "good" because he was not God. That title, as Jesus admits, belongs to none but God.To believe in the Trinity goes against all of the teachings of Jesus, as well as the Bible. This is because the Trinity is a man-made doctrine that was drawn up several hundred years after Jesus. In this time period different interpretations of the Bible were causing serious debates among Christians. The various interpretations were, undoubtedly, due to human perversion of the original scriptures, poor preservation, and/or shoddy translations. One of the main things being questioned was the nature of God and Jesus. Was Jesus actually God, the son of God, or just a messenger? The Council of Nicea was formed in an attempt to settle this dispute, and the Nicea Creed (the Trinitarian doctrine) was subsequently hammered out.
So,to justify the fact anout who is GOD?..he could not have been a man..God cannot die or bleed...cannot be human..he is much more grand n above that..after ALl he is THE GOD..second..does he exist..def he does for he is one n only wihout any relation with anyone..
