Apple slices dipped in peanut butter. I know it doesn't sound so appealing at first, but it's good. It takes care of your cravings for sweet, or salty, or crunchy, plus it's good for you, and the dose of protein in the peanut butter will give you energy.

No dairy. That can be too hard on stomachs this time of day. A piece of fruit? Or some granola is great. Healthy is obviously a better choice than junk food. Eat just enough that you aren't starving not until you are stuffed. Otherwise you can have trouble sleeping or heartburn or stomach aches Happy snacking!

how nutritious is the food you are eating?
depriving yourself of sleep also makes you crave food.
sleep more, you cant take in what you are learning if you dont get enough sleep. you can simply not concentrate as good.
eating for no reason - maybe your brain just needs rest from all the studying. try to rest inbetween at least during your meal.

I heard cereal is the best snack, I've heard studies have shown people weigh less who have used this as a snack after meals or between meals.

Try eating carrots/brocolli/celery & dip.
Here's a great recipe for veggie dip:
1/2 cup sour cream (fat-free, if you like)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or whipped dressing)
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp dill weed
1 tsp onion salt/ powder
1 tsp parsley
2 drops worshester sauce/ tabasco sauce
1 tsp garlic salt/ powder
Mix & eat! I love it with carrots & brocolli....maybe it's good with other veggies.

if when ur hungry, ur hogging up on junk food..then stop! have complete meals..especially dinner..since u wake up for so long.
if..even after dinner u feel hungry then i would suggest chocolates..(hehe)..they not only fill one up but also keep the mind active.
whatever u do..dont drink milk..or u'll be sleeping on ur books

I'd go for the cereal. For me, it takes away the edge without a full, sleepy feeling. I go for the honey nut cheerios or strawberry yougart ones...
