The procedure for the endorsement/attestation of certificates is firstly get attested by the Notary Public, preferably from your area, and then contact the Ministries of Education and Human Resources (of India) for their attestations. Once you have done all these formalities, you can contact the UAE embassy in Delhi or Consulate in Mumbai for further attestation/endorsement.
