Is that the real reason they cling to the skirts of the various churches... support for their fascist prejudices and male chauvinism.

Hi Serena, yes I'd say a blanket disapproval of sex outside of marriage and calling it fornication a derogatory term would make you a fornicator-phobe, a term you coined nicely for yourself.

Abbey han, I don't think homosexual sex is for the purpose of reproduction it's for expressing love and the giving of pleasure and there is nothing unnatural about it, homosexuality is a natural human variation...I don't think your point is relevant.

I have certainly seen more than my share of drones protesting against gays, as if it was a "mission" given to them personally by God.
They push the envelope of "freedom of speech" to the very limit - and beyond. Thank God the courts explain it to them in clear terms where "witnessing" ends and "harassment" begins.
There is absolutely no "love" in their "ministry." It's pure hate.

Do all religions "hate" women? Most religions do not support homosexuality as it is not seen as natural. A child cannot be produced that way.
Oh dear! First my name is Abby not Abbey and its Hansen not Han! I was not saying that the PURPOSE of homosexuality was for reproduction (as was obviously stated.) I was saying that it considered unnatural BECAUSE children cannot be made from such unions! I know how children are produced. A natural human variation? Why don't we all become homosexuals then? Will the human race survive? Homosexuality is a result of development in the womb that is contrary to how most humans develop. If it were natural (how we were meant to be) then surely we would all be that? I have no problems with homosexual individual people. However, I feel their practice is unnatural. Men and women were made for a purpose.
Serena is no fornicator-phobe, I feel true love making ought only to be performed within marriage. You made your bed lie in it.

Be fair, you left out the hypocrites and the terrorists who bomb abortion clinics.
Not to mention the hate mongers who come to R&S and then run 'background' campaigns to get people's accounts shut down. I suppose they're called the Uncharitable (but only because I'm not allowed to use the other word I was thinking of).
Christians might not be perfect, just forgiven, but they've got a long way to go when it comes to being able to count themselves emotionally mature or posessed of a working form of morality.
If you believed in Hell, and thought it a pretty bad place, and you said to someone with "You're going to Hell", that would constitute a serious threat, wouldn't it? I mean, not just a frivolous throw-away line.
So how do Christians justify threatening people in R&S? Considering it's a violation of the Community Guidelines. Are they a law unto themselves? Does that make them superior to eveyone else? Isn't that pride? Isn't pride a sin? Or doesn't that matter because they're pre-forgiven?

It is not only Christianity, shaped by Paul of Tarsus, and hundreds of his followers as "teachers of the church", there are also Islam and Judaism, not to forget Hinduism, where women are despised and put into second place. Hinduism is not homophobic, though.
And a lot of these religions manage for women and gays to see themselves through the eyes of the bigot. It takes an awful amount of psychic energy to get rid of this indoctrination.

Christians should love everyone and the most holy human person to ever walk this earth is a woman, the Most Blessed Virgin Mary.

If disapproving of homosexuality makes me a 'homophobe',does disapproval of fornication make me a 'fornicator-phobe' ? Does disapproval of adultery make me a 'adulterer-phobe' ? Where does it end?
