For the religious folks?

Question

Someone once told me (and I tell you she really knew her stuff when it came to the Bible) that God could know what would happen in the future. And of course this has to be true, because how else could God tell Isaac and Jacob and them that they would have a huge nation of kids, and that they would be kings and queens and stuff. Also, He gave Joseph the gift of being able to interpret dreams, and of course He did that because it would help him to become one of the most powerful men in Egypt. OK, so that's all clear. But then WHY I ask you, did God make Adam and Eve if he KNEW that they would take a bite from the forbidden apple????

Another question. Jesus was 'born' in Isreal. Why is it that in all of the pictures I see of Jesus and Mary, they are both white? They wear the right clothes, but I think that if God wanted to send Jesus to be born in Isreal, he would look more like an Isreali?

I really, really don't mean to be trying to prove anything wrong, or anything like that. It's just that these questions have been bugging me for a really long time. (I am unfortunately no longer in contact with the lady who knows so much about the Bible.)

I think Jesus did look like a middle eastern man. I think that artist have depicted him white because they were white and that is all they knew during their time. God does know the ending before the beginning but He allows free choice all the same and allows us to make our mistakes. God let Adam and Eve eat the forbidden fruit and the knowledge of good and evil He also knew that He would make a way of salvation for them through Christ Jesus. God is very complex and the bible tells us that His ways are higher than our ways and His ways are not our ways. One day when we reach the other side we will understand things a lot better and until then we must trust that our loving God is in control of everything.

As a powerful God, he knew everything what is happening to his creatures in earth. he knew what mankind are doing and knew that mankind is against him, yet God love his creatures fairly whether you go to the wrong path or to the right path. He knew also that Adam and Eve will disobey Him but He did not expressed any repentance why He had created them and put them in the paradise. He still love them and instead of putting out their breath at that moment. He just punished them including the evfl who tempted Eve to eat the forb idden fruit.

The pictures of Jesus and Mary are not true pictures. They are just man made pictures, made by a carpenter who do not even know how Jesus and mary look like and making pictures to worship is prohibited by God.
Inspite of the prohibition of God, one of the christian religion insist on making pictures of Jesus which they are worshipping

I'm not sure that God does know what is going to happen in the future. Maybe he does.

Isaiah 46:10
I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.

Ecclesiastes 7:8
The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride.

Isaiah does not say that God knows what other people will do. It only says that he knows what he will do. I don't know how Isaiah knew this but it was obviously his spiritual opinion.

I honestly feel that Jesus did look like a Person from Israel. Also, God knew in advance what
Adam and Eve would do. We may never know the answers.

1) God made Adam for fellowship with Him, and to physically control the animals, etc. He made Eve for Adam. He knew they would sin, but chose to create them anyway (same idea holds true for the rest of mankind) so they chould chose to honor Him; He didn't want robots.

2) The pictures that you see of Jesus, etc. are loosley based on the fact that the Church was European in control, and the fact that there is little in the way of a physical description of Jesus in the Bible.

The point basically is that the scriptural evidence points to God deciding what he wants the future to be, and then uses his power to cause it to come. This is different from knowing it shall happen without any interference!

Thus God didn't know that Adam and Eve were going to sin. This is strongly argued on the first link shown.

why GOD(i m muslim and for me GOD is ALLAH so i will call ALLAH from now on instead of GOD) made ADAM and EVE when he knew that forbidden fruit accident wud happen?.
the reason is that ALLAH said that he wudnt have created this universe if he was not to make HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (PBUH) also known as PROPHET MUHAMMAD (peace be upon him) so as u can see the mother and father of all the humanity r ADAM and EVE and yes PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH) is also their offspring.


the pictures r not true NO one in that age made the pictures of JESUS and MARY cuz they all hated them. they had bad intensions towards them. wud u ever make picture of someone who u hate the most so why wud those ppl make his picture and then try to crucify too. so no the pictures r just a lie . JESUS didnt look like this at all he was way more beautiful than ppl made him in paintings and pictures.

PROPHET JOSEPH (pBUH) once was going he saw couple of kids swimming and playing and were all happy but he saw another kid who was blind and was standing away from pond and seemed sad. JOSEPH(PBUH) requested ALLAH to plz giv him sight so he can enjoy too. he is also one of them
ALLAH said that he knows the future and the reasons behind and he knows all things so is better let it b that way.
but JOSEPH (pbuh) insisted and ALLAH accepted and gave the child sight. and he also started enjoying JOSEPH(PBUH) bcame all happy to see them all enjoying together and left after a while bu then he heard screams he ran back to see whats the prob and sight was surprising , the child who was blind b4 now had killed all the children by strangling them then ALLAH told him that he knows the reasons behind and everything that happens sometimes seems bad to us but everything that happens is always for our good never for our bad bcuz he loves us 70 times more than original mother

All God did when it came to Adam and Eve was to Create someone in his image meaning having freedom to choose.
he did not intend for man to fall, its simple they had a choice believe God or dont and that even though they disobeyed and we even in our lifes fall short,
God still loved us enough to fix that mistake. God could of wipe adam and eve but he didnt because he had and has compasion for us

in regard to the first one I say... shouldn't, then, all those who believe in an infallible god and fallible humanity, immediately get to vigorously revising **their** ideas, God doesn't contradict himself, man contradicts God, right?

Is it man's definition of cursed, enmity, pain and death which contradicts the word....? or God's?
