Yeap. To do this: Start > Control Panel > Performance and Maintenance > Task : from here click New Task Tab (name your task); right click that task and click property, click "schedule" & make your setting here for the day/time...and click ok. your done.
*this is good esp at work when you have plenty of computers to turn on everyday. so we use this way to turn the computers on automatically.

you have 2 options
1.scheduled task
2. you get a automatic power switch and set it from you computer to power up the plaug of which you computer is on every certains day at a certain time. this is what smarthouses are based of.

You can macro almost everything else once your pc is on but no you will need to manually turn your computer on.
