make sure you have the correct outgoing mail server, and check if the server requires authentication...

you'll need more information if you're configuring their email service: their incoming mail server, if it's POP, IMAP or whatever...

best to call your ISP...

What E-mail program are you useing, You need to know your account name, If they are running a POP3 server, or an HTML server. and also if they have any other special settings that are dependent on the E-mail program you are using.
