Go to this link and download AutoRuns. It will show you everything that starts when you boot your computer. Just uncheck the ones you don't want to run. It shows details like who wrote them, right click them to get more info.

They might not neccessarily be viruses as many of the programs start automatically when the Windows Boots up.

If you have good knowledge about the programs which run in the background & whether you want to run them or not you can manage them by installing softwares like Windows Defender 0r Ashampoo Antispyware & others.
These softwares give you an option to manage the programs & allow you to decide whether you want to run these programs in background or not.
If you don't have adequate knowledge Then I'd suggest you not to do it as you might shut down a windows program & your PC might hang up or crash.

I hope I've helped you.

Most of the file extensions you mentioned are part of Windows or other programs and are NOT malicious. It depends on the filename, too.

If you delete required files, Windows and Apps will crash.

Research by filename AND file type to determine if the file is required or malware first, then Rename rather than delete. If your PC doesn't crash, you may be able to delete later.

Example: Rename "filename.bat" to "filenemeOLD.bat". The program that uses it won't be able to find it and could crash.
