Do the portable Flash Drives work with Vista?

I want to purchase a 1G Flash drive but not sure if it compatible.

Yes, it should be fine; it's just a USB drive, and that's universally compatible, thus the name "Universal Serial Bus."

The new OS has to support else how will it survive in the market. yes you can buy the flash drive.
