Interesting concept. But most providers are free, so it's a thin threat; and who says any other provider is better?

I use a private ISP for primary mail and STILL get a ton of spam.

Block it, report it to the fcc, and good luck

I think you are complaining to the wrong source. You might want to try complaining to Yahoo, instead of the answers boards.
