Does anybody know if there is anywhere you can swim with dolphins in this area, whether it be in a pool or sea?

It seems you have very wrong information. Never the less you can enjoy swimming in Chalkidiki without the dolphins.

No, there is nothing like that. Dolphins are free in Greece, and even though you may meet them in certain areas if you're lucky, you'd have to be on a sailing boat or sth. and just jump in, you can't order thm to be there!

I'm afraid you're misled...
Dolphins swim in blue water, quite far away from the coast of Chalkidiki...
1) How would you get there?
2) Aren't you afraid of swimming in blue water?

there is a place in Chalkidiki, in Poseidi which is called cetacean rescue and rehabilitation research centre Arion. I think you can go there and swim and feed dolphins and other cetacean (κητώδη).

No, you can't. But there's a national sea park around the Sporades where hopefully you can watch seals, if that can be of any comfort...
