My 12 year old sister's room is right next to mine, and she often sleeps with the door open. I usually go to bed after she does, and when I go by I always see that the shirt she had been wearing is laying on the floor, so I assume she is sleeping without a shirt on. However, she's all covered up in the blankets so it is hard to tell. Occasionally I will hear her get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom etc..and I see her walking out of her room in only a sportsbra and sweatpants. My ultimate question here is why would you take your shirt off, be cold, and end up covering up anyway. I just sleep with my shirt on and don't mess with the covers. To me it doesn't make sense to be covered, take your shirt off, then cover up again...to me it would make sense just to keep her shirt on and maybe cover up if she's cold, because that's what I often do. Thanks in advance!

Like others said, she might get really warm easily during the night, or it might be annoying while sleeping. She may think it feels more comfortable, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. At least she has a sportsbra on, that is a GOOD, good thing. Haha. Don't worry, I'm sure it's nothing! :)

sleeping with your shirt off is a fine and normal thing to do. To me it just is more comfortable. It feels nice to have the sheets touching my belly and back.

The shirt may twist around her while she's sleeping and be uncomfortable.

for me personally it is uncomfortable to sleep in a shirt so even if it's freezing I take mine off & bundle up in my comforter.
