Underlined "blue stuff" on any web page is called a hyper link. Click on it to get more info on the underlined word or phrase.

If a web site uses blue and underlined text that isn't a hyper link, they are breaking the first rule of web design: "Don't confuse your visitors."

So the answer is: You can't get rid of the hyper links on Wikipedia, they're there to help you learn.
