Haha. Your question is being bounced back.
Well, smokers can't be bothered if it's the end of the world. If I need one, I'll take one -smokers generally KNOW the harmful potent in cigarettes and that won't bother them.
Go figure -will smokers smoke one cigarette lesser? In fact, I don't think smokers count the number of cigarettes they had in a day...they'd count the cigarettes LEFT in the box or whatever and worry about having enough for the rest of the day.

Smoking one less would require a smoker to know how many they usually smoke, and they often don't know specifically. That's why when a smoker goes into the Dr., they always ask how many you smoke a day. Instead of telling them they need to quit, the Dr.s try to make them at least think about how many they actually smoke. It's an important step, because a smoker would just smoke non-stop all day long without thinking about it, or having a clue how many times they did it.
And if I still were smoking, I would want 10 just because you asked me not to have one. In fact, I want one just because you asked me not to have one. S*cks, don't it?

I actually contaced 1-800-quit-now, and my quit date is set for 5/4. I am currently cutting back, and doing little things to get ready to quit.
and for you, since your questions are awesome, I will smoke one less. Thank you for your posts. it shows that not all kids are hopeless. lol

yep, I just quit on saturday. I don't think it is a retarded question, I think it is out of genuine concern for people and/or you are in a small way trying to help the environment.
