I'm surprised your daughter sleep with their bras on - this is really bad for them.
Bras - especially underwired ones - cause pressure to the breasts and some people have even linked them with women's health problems. There's a book, I think it's called 'Dressed To Kill' that details more about this.
You would be doing your daughters a big favour by advising them to just sleep in pjamas or a t-short - and no bra!

I am 16. I have actually been sleeping completely nude for over 2 years and I luv it. I find it hard to sleep if I wear anything.
I encourage you to encourage your girls to sleep however they are comfy. I don't think your girls should wear bras to bed bc it is healthy to give boobs some time out of a bra and sleeping is often the most comfy time. If your girls are comfy sleeping with no top on then let them, esp if it is a hot night.
If need be do what my parents did. They said I can wear whatever I like to bed (incl sleep nude if I want) so long as I am dressed before I come downstairs of a morning.

depends if anyone else in the house would be offended although some kids rip clothes off during the night if they are hot anyway, just maybe tell them they need to keep their door shut if there are any males in the house especially if the bathroom is close to the bedroom and wandering out to go when they think no one is up could be an issue,i guess as long as there is a tshirt or something close by the bed if you have to get up in a rush to answer the door or telephone.

to be perfectly honest, i didnt stop sleeping with a shirt off until i moved out of my parents place which was about 18. i personally feel that it should be like 16-18, but it would depend on the household that the girl is raised in. as of 16-18 girls normally start demanding more privacy so there is less risk of a parent walking in on them topless. my personal feeling is that if a child is living at home, they should at least wear some top and bottom (even if its just underwear) when they sleep. whenever i visit my parents on holidays and stuff, i always wear at least a long shirt, just in case.

They can sleep naked if they want to... They better sleep with blankets on though... so that they can still have their privacy while sleeping. Although, they should wear something. What if the house caught on fire, and they got rescued by a really cute fire fighter nude? LOL (That happend to someone I know!)

I have been doing it every summer since I was in middle school (14?). As long as theyre doing it because theyre hot ot its more comfortable and not too be sexy or because the victorias secret models do it then you're fine.
