Why do some people think that global warming is a communist idea?

You see such comments everywhere here on the net. Are really so many American so easily fooled that you can tip them over into stupidity just by hinting to a conspiracy?

"Jesus" is lucky. Either he has not met these ideas, og he has not bothered about them. Or I may be completely wrong?
