In my opinion, you should take a step back and count ALL the blessings in your life...e.g., 1)wife that you love, 2)precious baby borrowed from Heaven...your talents God gave you and etc...
Life is sweet, we just have to search a little harder some days to see the rainbows and silver linings.
I can relate to having a career that is not as self-rewarding-one can always opt a career change and in your case, can even make the choice to move geographically to be closer to your new family. Life is short and sweet. The baby girl will brighten and guide the way towards peace...just speaking from my experience...time waits for noone...enjoy your angel, she'll tire you to the point of having a REM cycle, but in a good way...A beautiful family life is right there for you, you just have to prioritize and plan your life accordingly with full anticipation of change....sometimes, change can be good.
Of course, vitamins, excercise and a healthy regimen of reading the Bible will guide you towards feeling better about life in general. Remember, God has a purpose for each of our lives. He has blessed you, count the blessings.
When you weigh the pros and cons, the blessings will overflow on the list.
Surround yourself with positive people, be good to yourself and if for personal reasons you cannot be w/family at the moment, improvise-there are tons of ways to maintain communication and share life's joys with digital phones and cameras.
Be happy, find your place and reject any negative thinking. THIS will drain you faster than anything.
Life is not simple, but it is as sweet as we will allow God to make it for us. Take care. Best to you and yours.

Building models is a great profession , where did that come from and are you trying to build your life on a model? i guess that is a question of symbolic reasons. i have spent many months and years trying to peice together the reasons i am where i am.. While i was in contemplation i stumbled accross meaningful symbols, coments, epic relisations. i thought running was always an option. after 3 years of learning and running i found that my energy was comletly gone and i was trapped in a time continu''eum. or what ever , i just find the whole E.T. thing a blast. When you feel completly arsed what else is there other than love. What a beautiful thing to have a child.. You are lucky to have time alone. Think only of what will make YOU happy. if you don't start doing that the rollercoaster will rewind but the G forces will increase

Farhan,
You have lost your enthusiasm in your profession. You get your energy by the enthusiasm or the interest you have in your profession.
Every person in this world has a purpose. If your purpose is not this profession, may be it is time you find out what is your purpose in life. If your answer is you have the right profession, then you have to find ways to make it more enjoyable. May be some re-arrangement of the work place. Some changes in your team. Change your expectations from your work etc.
If everthing fails you need to get a good break, so that you come back energized.
Good Luck!

You are either very displeased with your job, or you are suffering from depression. If you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables (for vitamins), then I would tell my physician about the energy level and ask him if it could be caused by depression, or if you need some B-12 shots.
If you just hate your work that much, go to a night school, and get some training in a field that you will enjoy.
Don't just let your life fall apart, do something about it!!! Good Luck!!

You have what is known as burn out. Try a healthy diet, no soda or sugar or white flour such as too much bread. The diet has a lot to do with it...take a multi-viatmin tablet everyday. Organize your priorities---devote only normal hours to work--then play a little. Have some fun. Relax and smile. Good luck
