Plus, ive been told not to excercise for 2 weeks as i pulled it while doing a body combat class. Im thinkin of still going to step aerobics but refrain from using any arm movements. Do u think this is a good idea?

My shoulder isnt really painful, just uncomfortable(throbbs from time to time after ive used it- especially when i put make-up on in the morning) and slight pain when doing quick movements. But its hurting my neck and it hurts lower down my arm than it origionally started. But on the whole, when i dont use it, its fine.

You need to ice it if its still an acute injury not heat, rest, anti infamitory meds, compression if needed. Hold off on the aerobics for a few days!

I've had really good results with those ThermaCare heat wraps. Step aerobics would probably be okay if you're sure you can keep from moving your arms (for me, it's a reflex & I don't think I could). And you probably already know to stop if it hurts, right?
Feel better!

Rest it and it will just take time to heal. Dont be tempted to undertake anything that could injure it further - the healing process will be a long one - so be patient, or it will be longer still.

Well unless you want to injure yourself even more, do not do any exercise class as there could be long term damage. If you have been told not to do it then heed this warning Good Luck
