No. The Moon's gravity is too low to retain an atmosphere. There is a very tenuous atmosphere, but it is so nearly a vacuum that even the exhaust from the comparatively tiny Apollo lunar landers was enough to make a noticeable change in particle density.

Not that science is aware of. Just because it's not there, doesn't mean we can't detect it yet.

Look at how much we've learned about our solar system already! There's still so much we have to learn and discover. :0)
