How can an European citizen find a job in the US?

I am a finance graduate (bachelors degree in Italy + Master of Science in Finance in US) and I would love to work in the US.. How can I do it? How can I get the opportunity to be interviewed for a job in the US?
I am currently a junior interest rate swap trader in Italy.

u should find a job with an italian or other european company that has operations in the us.
