Hi Terry,

If you are in the UK, take a copy of the judgement to your local county court and begin proceedings for recovery of the award. The court can and will send in bailiffs if they have to.

Talk to your solicitor as soon as possible.

Good luck.

contact the courts and inform them that he hasnt paid yet. If hes got a court order he has two choices. Pay up, or get sent to prison and have the bailiffs coming round

It is much easier to win a case than collect.
Go to the courthouse and has what the procedure is to put a lean on his car, his home, his boat, any of his property. He cannot sell anything that has a lien on it.
You may not be able to put a lien on any of his personal property (you have to check the laws in your state or country), you may be able to do so on his company property.

If you want to check with the Better Business Bureau and see if you can put in a complaint about his company not paying legal debts. Playing with a mans credit is the quickest way to his wallet.

File a motion for execution of the judgement so that the court will order your employer to follow the decision and compensate you as provided for in the judgement.
