Yes! My Mother was On A softball team, They had tournaments where women from all over including Saudi would go To Dubai to play League Tournaments. I'm sure they will have Football as well, I know they have rugby teams and Hockey teams.
Good Luck, and enjoy yourself there!!
Dubai is a wonderful country, if not Just a Little too Hot for my liking!!
BTW. Women are extremely free there. You can wear what you want but might want to be a little conservative just out of Respect. Women do all the same things as men there....It is a very free open country...

DUBAI - Chelsea’s women football squad will play an exhibition match against an all-Arab women’s team at the Dubai Police Officers’ Club on February 5, it was announced yesterday, kickoff 7pm.

The event will be held under the patronage of Shaikha Manal bint Mohammed Al Maktoum as part of the sports activities of the Dubai Shopping Festival and will be telecast live on the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Sports channels amongst other Arab stations.

Chelsea will be received by Shaikha Manal at the Jumeirah Women’s Club on February 5, few hours before their clash against the Arab Women Stars,” Major-General Mohammed Hussain Ali, head of the sports events of the DSF said.

Princess Haya bint Al Hussain will lead the Arab challenge against the English side and the match. “This is part of our efforts to encourage women sports and we are obliged to Shaikha Manal bint Mohammed for her generous support,” Hussain admitted.
