You have a few things I'll mention here.

First, you should really consider how you're housing the animals you've got. Turtles, even mud turtles wich are the smallest you'll find to keep as pets, are going to be at least 4 inches long or more as adults. What you have might be red-eared sliders which will get 7-16 inches. That's too big for your tank. Plus, they need a way to be able to get totally out of the water. They also should have a UVB light on their tank or their shells won't harden properly and they'll die.

Do you know what kind of puffer fish you have? Some kinds like green spotted puffers and figure eight puffers need to have salt in their water - something your frogs won't want. Dwarf puffers are okay to keep in freshwater without salt, but are they large enough that the turtles and frogs won't try to eat them? Puffers have a poison in their skin and if anything tried to bite them, it may die. You really need to think about getting each type of animal its own tank.

That said, the turtles could be moved in a plastic box like the shoe sized plastic storage boxes. The fish and frog (if these are true aquatics) can be moved in plastic bags like the ones you get where you buy fih. Make sure you don't fill the bags all the way up with water - there needs to be about 1/4-1/3 of the bag woth air, especially for the frogs. If your frogs are land frogs, move them in a shoe box like the turtles and put some moist paper towels in with them so their skin doesn't dry out. Then put a couple rubber bands around the box or tie it shut well so they can't escape. It would be good to put them into a bigger box or old picnic cooler so their temperature doesn't change too much when you move.

that's not nearly enough room for all of them. puffers are saltwater and turtles are fresh water. i don't see why the turtle is still i alive

fish:
plenty of water, in a 5 gal or so bucket w/ lid and aerator.
frog: depend on species: water frogs: bucket with water/ heater
turtle: the least likely to be healthy on the trip. best to have a 5 gal bucket w/ heater. the turtle needs to be kept warm as well as the other pets but turtle can get sick very easy. make sure the temp is OK and check the turtle every 30-45-60 minutes for temperature to make sure its OK. the same for the frogs and fish but they are a little bit more hardy.

once arrived. the fish need a bigger tank, the frog needs a smaller or equal tank but not shared.
the turtle needs 10 gallons of tank per inch of shell.

If I was making this move I would buy a 5 gallon bucket at home deport with a lid and put 4 gallons of aquarium water in it along with your stock and a battery operated air pump. You can buy a battery operated air pump (sold at many fish and boat stores)

Make the tank the very last thing you break down before the move and the first thing you put back togeather after the move and all should be well

Well, you can wrap the tank up in layers of bubble wrap, maybe 20 layers if you love them, put a lid on and some little air holes. Try to avoid putting them in dakr places. (If possible). You might need to place your fish in separate bags and place the bags in little boxes so them are in the box tight, but giv ethe fish space to swim around. You will have to refill your tank when you get there.

in seperate fish bags (these have rounded corners) and a polystyrene box if they are tropical. turtles can be transported in a box, and frogs in plastic containers with air holes and damp cloth or water depending on the species.
