Hi there Maraesa1, Going for a run sounds like a good idea to me. At least you are attempting to get rid of your anger. I tend to get really busy with jobs that need doing in the house. Or I go out with one of my friends and have a good moan about it and get it off my chest. Then I do my best to simply get on with my life and not let it get to me. After venting our anger, it is always good to follow it through with letting it go and leaving it in the past. Just think F**k it!!!! :o)

Like one of the answerer's to this question, I usually keep it inside then I flip out every once in a while over something very small. Something small will happen and I will just explode.

It's not a very pretty sight because the last time it happened, my brother and I had our first fist fight in years.

I like to maintain a reservoir for emergencies and bleed off a lot of the excess by pounding on musical instruments more or less rhythmically.
