To make our country free from corruption, basically the unaccounted cash transactions should be avoided. For
that the following system may be adopted. We welcome your valuable suggestions.
In this system citizens of India above 12 years of age will receive a cell phone (identification instrument
capable of data processing with the aid of network services and the master computer. It will be integrated
with Global Positioning System.) with built in history card, camera and finger print scanner. Every citizen
will be assigned with an identification number *** cell phone number with finger print details. Problems with
the cell phone instrument will be immediately attended otherwise it will be replaced with another good
working one with the same data drawn from the data bank of the master computer. Tourists from other countries
will be given temporary instrument and their activities will be noted continuously. Children under 12 years
of age have to be taken care by parents or guard

nobody notices.
The history card consists of the following details and will be operated automatically from master computer
through reliable networking systems.
1.Name, 2. Family history, 3. Identification number *** contact cell phone number (even though a person
changes his/her name the identification number will not be changed), 4. Credit amount in rupees, 5. Debit
amount in rupees, 6. Details of each cash transaction, 7. Password protected transaction code, 8. Type of
transaction (details of work done and charges, reason for the transaction), 9. Net income, 10. Net expenses,
11. Tax payable to government (will be deducted automatically during every transaction and will be adjusted
with the net income every financial year). 12. Marital status, 13. No of crimes and cases against the person,

Corruption and Indians are twins. Can you show a single Indian who is not corrupt.
They buy tickets in black.
They pay the officials ,money for favours.
They buy college admissions.
They study in India and go abroad and earn money and cheat our Government and people for the subsidised education.
They clamour for reservation for indefinite periods.
All of them whether educated in IIMs, IITs or corporation schools like their castes and marry only in their castes even if they are in US, Germany or in the moon.
Some people who are highly educated do not want other's education and reservation.
People cheat in reservation by changing castes.
Even in reservation only certain castes want to dominate.
Everybody want to be in reservation list.
In the name of religion we encourage some religion and suppress our religion.
We elect same corrupt fellows again and again.
We fall at their feet and egolisisng them
We worship third rate politicians, actors and actressess.
We build temples for them.
We will go to heaven and earth to get our children educated, employed and married and even their children's future.
We cut down trees, kill animals, export skins, fish etc and still talk about vegetarianism and Hinduism's greatness.
We chant Sloakas without their meaning which probably is against what we do.
We encourage caste outfits.
Most of Indians ( especially from North) are known by their caste only. Nobody knows their names.
We never follow Queue systems, lane systems, do rash driving.
We spit, defecate and urinate in the roads.
We will eat, scratch, punch and pinch in the roads.
We have lots of prostitution, prostitutes and call girls but we talk about high morals.
We will not pay taxes properly, give false declaration and still proud enough to declare our wealth with imported cars, gadgets and costly weddings.
We bring lot of items while returning from abroad and declare nothing.
When authoritites catch us red handed we bribe them.
We = our people.
If we are like this how we can eradicate corruption.

It could be made very simple. Abolish all cash transactions. Regulate all financial dealing only through bank/credit card/debit card even up to a penny. Every thing comes on board. Nobody wants such a system to be implemented. Once, this is introduced, a majority of financial dealings will come to a stand-still. The traders, the business men will raise a hue and cry. More than any body, the corrupt politicians and the bureaucrats will cry hoarse against it. Even the intellectuals and the economists may come up some strange arguments for loosening the tight-hold so that the economy is "brought back on the even-keels".

Our myopic citizenry doesn't realize that all cashless societies are slaves of the System. The more power you give the government, the more totalitarian and tyrannical it becomes. You cannot get rid of corruption. It will reappear in the form of new currency in new pockets (it already has); merrily dancing under the noses of our mesmerized ignorant citizenry. Good Luck, Bharat: You'll need plenty of it!
