You can put both on your resume. This article (below) states specifically that you should list your permanent residence, too. I think both is best.

If your permanent address is relatively close, like in the same town stick with that one. If its in another town use your current address. You can list both on a resume as long as you label them. Employers understand, at least with young people, that you may use your parents address as a permanent one. I do taxes and get this all the time with my younger clients.
